FAQ's
What is the process after enquiry? Once we have seen the site, measured and discussed your requirements, we will prepare your quote. We will email or post your quote usually within 3 days. One you have accepted your quote, you will be booked in and then contacted by phone or email one week before the start date.
Are you present on site? I will visit the site at least once every day. Alternatively, I can meet you in the evenings to discuss the project.
What are your lead times? Normal lead times are between 2 and 3 months.
Are there guarantees? We can provide our guarantee, or you can obtain guarantees through Bradstone or Marshalls.
Will you leave the site once you have started? No, we will remain on site until your project is completed.
Do you have public liability? We always carry �5m public liability.
Will we need skips? No skips are required as we have our own tipper lorries.
How is payment made? We accept cheques and bank transfers. We work on a stage payment method where no deposit is required.
Can I view recent work sites? Yes, we can give you jobs to view in your area.
Do you work all year round? Yes, we work all year round including Saturdays and bank holidays if necessary.
What products do you use? We use all the quality brands such as Marshalls, Brett, Bradstone and Stone Market; as well as natural stone brands such as Strata Stone and Natural Paving.
